3358647 - When creating ToC, encounter error System cancel RFC destination SM_<SID>CLNT<client>_TMW, Call TR40_CREATE_PRETRANSPORT: Time limit exceeded - Solution Manager

Symptom

  • Transport of Copies is not created for change document
  • ToC is not getting generated for the Normal Change scope entry after changing the status to "To be tested"
  • The Application log shows error:
    System cancel RFC destination SM_<SID>CLNT<client>_TMW, Call TR40_CREATE_PRETRANSPORT: Time limit exceeded
  • Task list > Create Transport of Copies Error:
    System cancel RFC destination SM_<SID>CLNT<client>_TMW, Call TR40_CREATE_PRETRANSPORT: Time limit exceeded
    SAP Message Number/TMWFLOW/TRACK_N107
