You would like to understand how to search across your existing case types.

In order to search across your existing case types, you can follow the steps below:

1. Click on the User Menu.
2. Click Settings.
3. Navigate to All Settings.
4. Click Case Types, under Cases.
5. Click on the search icon.

Here, you can search either using the case type description or code.
