3358700 - The Approval Process ID is invalid - class withdrawal error

The Approval Process ID is invalid error when users try to withdraw from a class

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Login as LMS User > Learning
2. Select affected Class
3. Click Withdraw
4. Error encountered: The Approval Process ID is invalid

The current API does not support the withdrawal process API (withdraw approval process information not being returned) if there is no registration approval for the class.

• This issue will be corrected in the 2H 2023 (b2311) Release
• Release dates can be found in SAP SuccessFactors Product Release & Road Map Information
• Workaround: Assign an approval process to the class but set Approval Required to false for the affected class.
