3358720 - Error while generating Visit Summary that has image in the Notes field

Generating Visit Summary of a Visit that has an image in the Notes field results in the below error

Document cannot be generated; ADS rendering of SAP template failed.

• SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Visit Workcenter
2. Open any Visit ID
3. Go to Edit
4. Insert an image in the Notes field
5. Go to the Action tab
6. Click on Generate Summary

Error is displayed as below,
Document cannot be generated; ADS rendering of SAP template failed.

Issue is due to the customised form template.

Issue can be resolved following the below steps:

1. Go to Administration.
2. Go to Form Template Maintenance view
3. Select Visit Short Summary template
4. Click on Upload
5. Select To Replace Existing Variant
6. Select the SAP standard template
7. Press Ok
8. Search and click "..." in the right corner next to upload button
9. Click on Publish
10. After publishing and now got to Visit Workcenter
11. Select any Visits and insert "Image" in the Notes
12. Go to Actions and click on Generate Summary
13. The Summary will be generated successfully without any error

For issue: Image not generated in Summary: 

This is a known issue; with 2305 release images can be added into Visit notes but doesn't appear in Visit Summary.

The requirement of getting images into summary is in roadmap.
