Symptom

• This article addresses troubleshooting data fetching and connection issues in Dell Boomi.

• The issue occurs when processing GET and SEND operations with specific network locations.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Process the GET and SEND operations in the Boomi Process with a specific location.
  2. Observe that the process fails to identify the network location on the services. 

Cause

The issue occurs because the process fails to identify the network location on the services when processing GET and SEND operations in the Boomi Process with a specific location.

Resolution

  1. Boomi Experts have verified that there is a limitation in using document properties and process properties in DISK Get.
  2. Instead of using properties, pass connection values in parameters.
