3358803 - Unable to Update Payment Method and set Mainbankindicator to True Using Employee Webservice

You have a requirement to update the Payment Method and also set the Mainbankindicator as true for Employee using Webservice. But none of the combination in the request payload is helping to make the required change

Cause for the issue that there is no Identity XML tags in your payload which actuall allows consistent delivery of Bank Details.

You need to change the Action Code to allow an update of the Bank Details and include the Identification tags to achieve the requirement
