3358970 - Can not start ASE server with error: The SAP SQLServer service on Logical Computer Started and then Stopped - SAP ASE

• Can not start ASE server on Windows Service. And it reports error:
  The SAP SQLServer _SID service on Logical Computer Started and then Stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs.
  
  
• ASE error log reports error:
  A license containing the configured (PE=XX;LT=XX) attributes could not be obtained;
  SySAM: FlexNet Licensing error:-73,125;
  There is no valid license for ASE server product. Installation date is not found or installation grace period has expired. Server will not boot.
  
  
• The task sqlsrvr.exe is not running and .krg file was also removed.
