3359106 - Dump MESSAGE_TYPE_X Encountered During Quote and Contract Creation with Variant Configuration Materials

1. Create quotation with reference to another quotation in VA21. 

2. Create contract with reference to quotation in VA41

Result:

• Both scenarios have successfully created a document, with or without the short dump.
• Short dump is intermittent - sometimes the short dump is encountered and sometimes not
• When the short dump is encountered, the line item with issue is changing as checked via debug

This is an intermittent issue.
