3359173 - Termination for Incorrect Goods Movements

The Production Order confirmation needs to be controlled in the Confirm Production Order Operation app in the event of incorrect goods movements.

In SSCUI 102440 – ’Define Confirmation Parameters’, there is a "Termination for Incorrect Goods Movements" indicator under the "Individual Entry General" tab.

• In case this indicator is not activated, the confirmation will be saved and there will be an entry in the Reprocess Goods Movements app about the failed goods movements.

The "Termination for Incorrect Goods Movements" indicator need to be activated in SSCUI 102440, thus the confirmation is terminated when there is an error in the corresponding goods movement.

 

 

Dependencies:

The indicator is only evaluated if either no process control key or one process control key has been stored that enables the goods movements to be posted in dialog and for which the Provide Error Handling for Goods Movements indicator is set. If there are incorrect goods movements, the system behaves as follows:

• It issues a log that gives information on the incorrect goods movements.

• If these incorrect goods movements are determined by inventory management, then the option of correcting these errors is offered in the error handling.

• If the correction is not successful, the confirmation is terminated.
