3359256 - Error CO883 occurs when trying to create a production order

When creating a production order in Create Production Order app, the following error occurs:

• No authorization for activity CHANGE_CRT(C_AFKO_REL) for order type XXXX in plant XXXX
  No. CO883

1. Go to Create Production Order app
2. Material XXXXXX Plant XXXX Order type XXXX
3. Click enter
4. Error occurs: No authorization for activity CHANGE_CRT(C_AFKO_REL) for order type XXXX in plant XXXX.

Missing authorization.

There is a restriction created for the business role that has the business catalog SAP_SCM_BC_PRODN_ORD_MPLN_MC assigned.

For restriction 'Order Release Activity' there is missing values in 'Allowed Activity when Changing a Manufacturing Order'.

At least the value CHANGE_CRT has to be allowed to create a production order.
