• The number of email templates available in apps Maintain Email Templates and Output Parameter Determination are different.
• The number of email templates available for selection in Output Parameter Determination is less than the number of email templates visible in app Maintain Email Templates.

1. In app Maintain Email Templates, it is observed that there are 484 (for example) email templates available in the system.

2. In app Output Parameter Determination, when checking for available email templates to assign to a decision table, there is a difference in number of email templates available for selection from what is observed in Maintain Email Templates.

Only email templates that are assigned to a business context via configuration activity Assign Email Templates (ID 101945) are displayed for selection in Output Parameter Determination.

For example, if there are only 130 of the total available email templates (custom + pre-delivered) visible in app Maintain Email Templates assigned to certain business contexts via Assign Email Templates, then only those 130 email templates will be visible for selection in Output Parameter Determination.

If it is required to make email templates that are missing in Output Parameter Determination available for selection, please assign the missing email templates to their respective business context first.
