3359282 - Dynamic App Launcher Visualization failing in Work Zone with 404 error

Symptom

  • An application/tile was configured with Dynamic App Launcher Visualization
  • App was configured according to App Vizualization
  • Runtime destination is configured according to Create Runtime Destinations to Access Apps | SAP Help Portal
  • When clicking in the tyle, the application launches and data is retrieved correctly
  • In Console traces one or all of the following entries can be seen:
    • Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()

  • The path /dynamic_dest/<destination>/ is missing from the failed requests
  • The value of Service URL starts with /
