Configure Emoticons in the Rating Scale Label or Description.

Follow the below steps to configure emoticons in the rating scale:

1. Navigate to Admin center --> Rating scale --> Rating Scale Designer

2. Select any Rating Scale

3. In the Label or Description column Emoticons can be configured as character but not as image

4. If the Rating Scale with emoticons configured are linked to any PM template. Then Emoticons will be appearing as description of Rating Scale in the Performance Forms.

NOTE: Emoticons copied from any window as image (eg. teams) will not get copied. Emoticons character from the browser search can only be copied in the rating scale description.
