3359289 - Wrong Form Template is picked for Dunning in Preview

Symptom

Wrong form template is selected during the preview when the user has created a Dunning Strategy and want to use a separate form template for dunning letter for whom this dunning strategy is used.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

Go to Receivables Workcenter
Go to Dunning view
Select the Dunning ID XXXX
Click on Preview

Observe incorrect form template picked in the preview.

Cause

The user has not maintained the same dunning level in the parameter settings for the form template under the form template selection rule as in the dunning level value of Receivables - Dunning Items.

Resolution

The user has to maintain the same dunning level in the Form Template Selection rule that is maintained in the dunning level value of Receivables - Dunning items.

Navigation to the Dunning items are as below:

Go to Receivables Workcenter
Go to Dunning view
Select the Dunning ID XXXX
Navigate to the Dunning Items tab
Now, you can check the Dunning Level
