3359325 - Recipient Name in Purchase Order not Displaying Middle Name

Recipients middle name is not displaying in the dropdown list of the users while creating new purchase orders.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Purchase Requests and Orders Work Center
2. Go to New Purchase Order View 
3. Under Involved Parties, select the value help drop down for the Recipients field
4. We will see the Fist Name, Last Name of the employee , but not Fist Name, Middle Name, Last Name 

Name format is maintained only for First Name and Last Name in the Business Configuration work center and hence Middle Name is not displayed in the value help of Recipients field.

Follow the below path to set up the Name Formats as per the requirements:

1. Go to Business Configuration work center
2. Select Overview view and choose Activities from the dropdown list
3. Search for "General Business Partners" in the search tab and select it
4. Click on Maintain Name Formats
5. Add or Delete the row and select the required attribute. Make sure to arrange all the required Field Names in the desired order and save
