Symptom

The Employee column is empty under Respondents tab in Campaigns.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Sales Campaigns work center.
  2. Navigate to Campaigns view.
  3. Open Campaign A.
  4. Go to Respondents tab.
  5. Employee column is empty there.

Cause

The Employee column in the Respondents tab of Campaign refers to the Employees added to the Target Group. There is no Employee added to the Target Group and so that the column is empty.

Resolution

If want to find the Account's Employee, which means the Primary Contact of the Account, then it is displayed in the Contact column.
