3359455 - Error: Element BO_COD_AUTOLOCK_BUSER_WO_LOGON does not exist in current scoping phase

Symptom

You have created the change project in the production tenant and enabled Auto locking of Business User feature by selecting the scoping question "Do you want to enable automatic locking of business users who have not logged-in in the last 90 days?" upon finish the change project you are getting Error "Element BO COD AUTOLOCK BUSER WO LOGON does not exist in current scoping phase"
