3359506 - Error FOT_TDT121 in export customizing transport

• When exporting a customizing transport with tax rates for a tax code the error message "Tax code &1 in country/region &2 exists in open transport request &3" (FOT_TDT 121) is prompted.

• S/4HANA Cloud 

1. Export Customizing Transports.
2. Select the effected transport request.
3. Attempt to release the TR.
4. Error messages prompted can include;
   • Tax code &1 in country/region &2 exists in open transport request &3
   • Veto Check message was issued by application component FI-GL-GL-F.
   • Request cannot be released due to external dependencies.

There is an alternate open Transport Request for the same Tax Code and Region which is blocking the request.  The check for the release of tax rate changes is very strict. You have first made these changes in the transport &1 and then copied them to the transport &2. These two now block each other. 

Delete the Object V_T007V in Task &1 (Transport &1). This will result that only the transport &2 will have the tax rate changes and the release should then be possible. Please avoid copying tax rate changes in the future.

Note: You must be the owner of the task/transport to be able to change the objects.
