Unable to find specific custom or pre-delivered form templates for selection in Output Parameter Determination app.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open app Output Parameter Determination.
2. In the list of form templates available for selection, the desired custom/pre-delivered form template is not found.

The form template that is missing in Output Parameter Determination app has not been assigned to any business context yet.

Assign the form template to a business context via configuration activity Assign Form Templates (ID 102313). After the form template has been assigned to a business context, it will be available for selection in Output Parameter Determination app.
