3359656 - [H1 2023] The custom Theme configured on the "Manage configuration UI" page is not reflecting On the "Workflow approval page"

• In   workflow details page , CSS 'globalPortletCustom2TextColor' or CSS 'globalPortletHeader' are not working
• On "Workflow Details Page", configuring Field Properties in Custom UI are not reflected. Example : the Bold option and the Italic option are working however when selecting a font format/type or color this is not reflected in the Workflow approval page.
• On the "Workflow approval page", When Horizon visual theme is enabled, The title style for The custom Theme configured on the "Manage configuration UI" page is not being respected.

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite 2305

1. create config UI 'testUI' for object 'testUI' , edit the property of 'externalName' , select 'Custom 2' for Font color .
2. create a record named 'testStyle' of 'testUI' and trigger workflow .
3. go to manage data page , choose the record 'testStyle' , the externalName display with color '#107e3e' (defined by globalPortletCustom2TextColor )
4. go to the workflow detail page : testUI/testStyle , the css 'globalPortletCustom2TextColor' on span is not work as the 'manage data' page.

This defect is brought by the H1 2023 release

ENG team is aware and working on a fix that is scheduled for b2311 release (H2 2023). The release dates are set for Oct 20th, 2023 in PREV environment and Nov 17th, 2023 in PROD environment. [Product Release & Road Map Information]
