3359723 - Unable to Export the Business Partner Relationships Using the Fiori App

You have maintained the Business Partner relationship using the app Maintain Business Partner. Your requirement is to export the BP Relationships using the app Export Master Data – BP Relationships. Upon exporting the data using the appropriate selection criteria, the exported file does not have any Business Partner Relationship data. All the rows in the exported file appear blank.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Go to the app Maintain Business Partner
2. Find and open the Business Partner ID: XXXXX
3. Switch Between Display and Change
4. Click on the button Relationships
5. Maintain a Relationship
6. For example: Description: Subordinate Credit Account To       
7. Business Partner: YYYYY                            
8. Address Type: Company Address
9. Description: SAP Test
10. Valid From: 01/01/0001
11. Valid To: 12/31/9999    
12. Differentiation: 1000    
13. Contact Person: blank

 

1. Go to the app Export Master Data – BP Relationships
2. Select the below:
3. Select All Fields from All Tables
4. Select BP Relationships
5. By Selection Criteria
6. Include : Business Partner Number (BUT050-PARTNER) contains *
7. File Format
8. Office Open XML (*.xlsx)
9. Export
10. XYZ BP relationships with a scope of PQR fields will be exported.
11. Do you want to continue?
12. Click on Export
13. In the downloaded file, there is no detail data. Only the column headers are visible and all the rows appear blank

where XXXXX represents the Business Partner ID
YYYYY represents the Business Partner ID maintained in the Relationship
XYZ represents the total BP Relationships
PQR represents the fields which would be exported 

Not all relationship categories are supported. Categories with BP Role Definition or Differentiation Type (fields TBZ9-XRF and TBZ9-DFTYP) are not covered in the Export Master Data - BP Relationships Fiori app. Application explicitly excludes them from downloading the data. The respective fields are not part of the Process Model.

This is a functional restriction that cannot be changed. Your request is a new requirement.
