3359767 - No Time Form template is available for selection in the Workbench UI

When attempting to generate a Time Form, the system displays the following error message: "The request can’t be processed because there is no template available."

Additionally, the 'Template' field shows "No Data", preventing form generation.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Management

1. Go to Administer Time  UI > Time Forms.
2. Click on Generate Time Form.
3. Click on 'Select Template'.
4. Observe that 'No Data' message is thrown as shown below.
5. In the footer of the page, you can see a red 'X' button - Upon clicking on it, the error message 'The request can’t be processed because there is no template available.' is displayed.

• There are missing permissions for the Time Forms.

• Ensure the “Time Form Eligibility” object is configured in your system. This is required for time form processing.

• Navigate to Manage Permission Roles.

• Under Permissions > User Permissions, locate and select Manage Time Form Templates.

  Note: If this option is not visible, first go to Manage Time and grant the Time Forms permission to enable access.

• Grant the necessary permissions for the relevant Time Forms to the appropriate roles.

• Once permissions are assigned, navigate to Workbench > Time Forms — the templates should now appear and be selectable.
