3359873 - GR posting error /SCWM/QINSP_S4001 in embedded EWM landscape

Symptom

In an embedded EWM landscape, user would like to have inspection lot creation after posting goods receipt against an inbound delivery. In the IMG activity 'Warehouse-Dependent IOT Settings' the 'Insp. Setup Origin' is set to "From Material Master". After clicking Goods Receipt for the inbound delivery, an error message was generated. Message "Insp. lot setup from matl master; at least one active insp. rule reqd"/SCWM/QINSP_S4 001.
