When following the Intercompany process for customer returns, it is not possible to create an IG Internal Credit Memo billing document with reference to a LR Lean Returns Dlv.

The copying controls between Billing Document type IG and Delivery document type LR is not configured in S/4HANA Cloud. So far, Lean Returns in Intercompany sales process is not available.

Scope item 2F4 'Intercompany Process for Customer Returns' uses the standard return process. When using Intercompany sales process, the recommendation is to follow the best practice and choose the Standard Return Order type CBAR which results in a Standard Return Delivery LR2 being created. From this LR2 document a IG billing document can be created.
