3360279 - Approver's notes in App Verify Journal Entries in General Ledger - For Processor.

1. Verify general journal entries processor's notes is not updated after document is posted or rejected.
2. Verify Journal Entry processor's notes are not visible after the document is approved/rejected.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

1. Use App Verify General Journal Entries - For Requester to create a journal entry for verification.
2. Processor approves or rejects the journal entry with their comment.

In the My Inbox. app Verify Journal Entries in General Ledger - For Processor (Inbox)/(outbox) these notes are related to it's processing (Added by processors in inbox notes tab, after rejection and after approval).
These Decision notes / comments are also visible in the "Verify General Journal Entries - for Requestor" -> field History -> tab Comments.

You can view these approver notes in the App Verify General Journal Entries For Processor (Outbox) under comments tab.

This is a standard SAP product design, The notes attached in the Post General Journal Entries are stored together with the Journal Entry they are not to be confused with the Journal entry verification notes.

On the other hand processor's notes / comments / decision notes are displayed in the Comment tab, in Inbox and in Outbox as part of the approval process.
