Symptom

  • There are blocked/locked bgRFC units in SBGRFCMON with the Lock Reason 'Queue lock due to supportability tool'.
  • If the bgRFC unit is related to the Web Services destination WS_BGRFC_INBOUND000, a correspondent entry can also be seen in SRT_MONI with the status 'Queue Lock'
