3360475 - ODO cannot be displayed in /SCWM/PRDO due to missing Unit of Measure conversion factors

Symptom

System is unable to display a new and unprocessed, or already completed Outbound Delivery Order document in transaction /SCWM/PRDO or an Inbound Delivery document in /SCWM/PRDI. Errors when the document is being loaded:

  • An error occurred during quantity offsetting /QOS/SERVICE000
  • Error in handling unit administration /SCDL/AF300
  • Error in Search /SCDL/UI_CONTROLLER031

The same delivery and its item can be displayed in transaction code /SCWM/MON, using the nodes:

  • Outbound > Documents > Outbound Delivery Order > Outbound Delivery Order Item
  • Inbound > Documents > Inbound Delivery > Inbound Delivery Item
