3360508 - Error "Invalid policy key: yyyy-mm-dd.SCHEDULE_TEMPLATE(<POLICY_NAME>)"

Symptom

An application error occurs on a time sheet, in the batch job log for Lock and Calculate, or when navigating to the Assign Schedule Templates screen. The error refers to a missing schedule template. For example:
