3360581 - Unable to Delete Playbooks From Business Configuration

You are trying to delete a Playbooks (Sales Cycle or Sales Phase) on Business Configuration, but the option “Delete” is disabled and not able to delete any Playbooks. 

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center
2. Select the Implementation Projects view
3. Select the First Implementation project and click on the Open Activity List button
4. Go to the Fine-Tune steps
5. Open the fine-tuning activity Sales Cycles and Phases
6. Click on Maintain Sales Cycles
7. The option “Delete” is disabled and not able to delete any Playbooks

The main cause for this issue is the First implementation project is in status "Closed' and Cannot access Open activity list.

This is the expected system behavior.

You have to create a new project and follow the steps to find Delete Option.

1. click on open activity list and go to Fine-Tune steps
2. Open the fine-tuning activity Sales Cycles and Phases
3. Click on the link Maintain Sales Cycles
4. The option “Delete” will be available under Define Sales Cycle
