Instructor cannot edit attendance while there is no learning history existing.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Instructor access "My Classes" page >
2. Click "Edit Attendance" >
3. The option cannot be modified, "Learning Recorded" is displayed >
4. However, when administrator access Learning administration and search for related learning history, no record is found.

There is pending learning history existing. (for example, pending survey completion, or pending e-signature approval, etc).

Since the learning history is not completely done yet, administrator cannot view it directly by searching learning history, but the pending process will still lock user's attendance, causing instructor unable to modify it.

To conclude, please check if there is any pending survey or approval about the affected user and item record.

Complete the pending learning history and then remove it.

Then, instructor will be able to edit the attendance freely.
