3360659 - SAP Cloud Connector connection to SAP HANA Database fails with "not reachable". Telnet to the HANA server fails as well.

Symptom

You are following the steps of this blog https://blogs.sap.com/2023/02/17/sap-hana-cloud-migration-setup-your-on-premise-hana-system-for-the-self-service-migration-tool/

You want to establish a connection between the SAP Cloud Connector and your SAP HANA Database but it fails with "not reachable". Also while a ping to the HANA server is working telnet fails like in this example with:

C:\Users\XXXX>telnet XX.XX.XX.XXX 30240
Connecting To telnet XX.XX.XX.XXX...Could not open connection to the host, on port 30240: Connect failed
