3360697 - Additional inspection lot created when using Lot summary 'Y Early lot creation for the order item' at the time of second GR for order

Early lot creation is maintained (Control inspection lot 'Y') for the inspection origin 4 in the material master. One inspection lot origin 04 is created when releasing the production/process order. GR for a partial quantity of the order is posted. This whole quantity is posted via the inspection lot origin 4 using TA QA11 to the unrestricted stock without usage decision. The inspection lot gets status SPCO. When posting an additional GR to the order a new inspection lot is created instead of adding the posted quantity to the original (first created) inspection lot.
