3360705 - How to update termination-related data after the user is rehired?

Symptom

A terminated user is rehired; however some termination data still persist in database, how to correct or remove them?

Resolution

  • Since Termination block has disappeared after user is rehired, it is not possible to correct data via UI or import Termination Details directly.
  • As a workaround, please create a business rule using Employment Details as base entity. Configure "If" statement based on real business and set the corresponding termination field to be an updated value or null.
