3360774 - Application Error occurred while checking the active group membership

When checking/accessing  the permission groups the system generates the following error : 

“errorId=72f27b4e-8c40-435e-8e94-2b9be451d423, fingerprint=4a1ad31a361d7ee8fac1347ea623f47cb3351377, timestamp=2023-07-07T13:44:39.986+1000, errorMessage=An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support.

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

• Navigate to permission group
• Search for the group 
• Click on the Active Group Membership
• Click on update the Active Group Membership, the system refreshes to zero (0)
• Click on the number of members, an error is displayed.

The permission group which is causing this error contains an inactive user, and the system can't calculate group membership based on inactive team view user when you click 'Active Group Membership', hence it shows an error message. 

To resolve this error, you need to change the permission group definition and remove the inactive user of team view.
