You want to create new page layout under Adaptation Mode, but you couldn't find the option.

Business ByDesign
Reproducing the Issue
- Open Key User Settings.
- Start Adaptation Mode.
- You find there is no New Page Layout option.
Resolution
This is the standard behavior.
Business ByDesign doesn't support to create New Page Layout. Only Cloud for Customer system has this function.
