3360849 - Pending Document in Statutory Reports (View Printed Results)

• After selecting View Printed Results for a newly created Statutory Report Run ABC, the status of the output document is shown as "Pending"
• Delete button is disabled for the Report Run ABC

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to General Ledger work center
2. Open Statutory Reports view
3. Select the Report Name XXXX
4. Select Run Name ABC
5. Observe the Delete button is greyed out
6. Select View Printed Results
7. The status is displayed as "Pending"

In the Printer Queue there are more queued documents

• Restart the Cloud Print Manager service, which will process the queued documents.
• The Report Runs with status Released cannot be deleted as per the standard system behavior.
