3360939 - How to fix the order of the MDF picklists - Succession Management

Symptom

Picklists values are being displayed out of order in the Employee Profile and Succession Org Chart.

Resolution

You can choose a custom displayed order for the picklists. To do so, you can follow the below steps: 

  1. Go to Admin Center > Picklist Center
  2. Search for the picklist you want to edit
  3. Click on “Edit”
  4. Choose “Custom” under “Display Order”:
  5. Go to the picklist values and set the “Sort Order” value to 10, 20 and 30, the values will be displayed on ascending order
  6. Click "Save"
  7. The values will be displayed correctly
