3360953 - Exported contents does not exist in the target system when transport is performed via content network SAP Analytics Cloud.

Symptom

While transporting the contents using content network, the export is successfully done in the source tenant but cannot see the imported contents in the target tenant.

Environment

SAP Analytics Cloud 2023

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to source tenant.
  2. Navigate to Transport -> Export -> Content network.
  3. Select 'New Export'.
  4. Select the contents you want to export.
  5. Perform the export.
  6. Login to the target tenant.
  7. Navigate to Transport -> Import -> Content network.
  8. Notice that the exported content does not exist in the target system.

Cause

The toggle "Show content shared by all systems" was turned off.

Resolution

  • Follow the below steps :
    1. Go to Transport -> Import -> Content network
    2. Click on the Settings button at the right side of the screen
    3. Turn on the toggle 'Show content shared by all systems'.
