3361003 - Purchase Order is not Generated Automatically from Third Party Sales Order

You have created a third party sales order and scoped the automatic creation of purchase orders in Business configuration scoping question.

So, you expected the purchase order to be created automatically from that sales order but it was not created.

SAP Business By Design

1. Go to Sales Order work center
2. Select sales orders view
3. Open respective sales order
4. Navigate to document flow
5. Purchase order is not generated

You have created the sales order before scoping the automatic purchase order creation settings.

Kindly set up all the necessary scoping questions before creating any business document and after any Business configuration changes, please create a new document and test.

Any changes will be applicable to the newly created documents.
