Symptom
When running the checks for Talent Intelligence Hub application in Admin Center > Check Tool, issue for the check "MustNotHaveSkillMappingsWithNullWsmIdCheck" can be found.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub
Cause
In Job Profile Builder, skills can be mapped to entities such as roles, families, or positions. This check validates whether a mapping exists for skills or not. If the skill is not mapped to any entities in Job Profile Builder, the check passes without an error.
Resolution
The migration of skills and skill mappings, from Job Profile Builder to Talent Intelligence Hub is not supported.
Before starting the migration to Talent Intelligence Hub process, backup all the skills and skill associated data from your instance, by exporting Skills files (includes mappings) in Admin Center > Import and Export Data tool > in the search tool, type Skill and export all files with skill mappings.
Then, remove all the skills associated with roles, families, and positions, using the "Delimit" option in the exported skills files and importing them using the Admin Center > Import and Export Data tool.
After Talent Intelligence Hub migration is completed, you can re-create the skills in Talent Intelligence Hub framework. And associate the skills created in Talent Intelligence Hub with roles, families, and positions in Admin Center > Manage Job Profile Content.
