3361013 - Error: 'Document generation not possible; ADS rendering of SAP template failed' occurs during the preview of Sales Order document

When a user submits a Sales Order document, the output fails with the Error Status as shown below and displays 'Document generation not possible; ADS rendering of SAP template failed' while previewing the Sales Order Document.

Error Status: 

[SYSTEM ERROR]: ADS: com.adobe.ProcessingException: com.adobe.ProcessingException: XMLFM Exception during render: com.adobe.ProcessingException(200,101)

• SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Sales Workcenter
2. Go to Sales Quotes view
3. Search for Sales Quote ID: 15529
4. Navigate to the Output tab
5. Observe the Output failed with an ERROR status
6. Select on the Error hyperlink, which displays the error details as below in the Technical ID field

SYSTEM ERROR: ADS: com.adobe.ProcessingException: com.adobe.ProcessingException: XMLFM Exception during render: com.adobe.ProcessingException(200,101)

During the document creation, there could have been a connection issue from the application side causing the error while submitting the Sales Quote document.

The user can resubmit the Output Document by following the below steps:

1. Go to Sales Workcenter
2. Go to Sales Quotes view
3. Search for Sales Quote ID: 15529
4. Navigate to the Output tab
5. Select the failed record and click on Set to Successful
6. Select Resubmit
7. Enter the relevant E-mail ID and select OK
8. The document will be submitted with the Status Successful
