3361029 - Error with missing competencies data in the mapping table (Check ID: MissingCompetencyJpbIdsInMappingEntityCheck) - Talent Intelligence Hub

When running the checks for Talent Intelligence Hub application in Admin Center > Check Tool, issue(s) for the check "MissingCompetencyJpbIdsInMappingEntityCheck" can be found.

SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub

During Center of Capabilities to Talent Intelligence Hub migration, a mapping entity is created to store the Center of Capabilities and Talent Intelligence Hub reference IDs. Sometimes, due to technical issues, mapping for some of the competency references from Center of Capabilities is not created in the system.

NOTE: Keep a backup of your data before using the Quick Fix option to correct this issue, by exporting the Competency-Behavior file with existing data in Import and Export Data tool.

The Quick Fix option is available for this check, and users with permission "Allow Check Tool Quick Fix" granted in RBP can follow the steps in Using the Check Tool - Using the Quick Fix Feature. 

If the Quick Fix tool does not work, this can be resolved in Manage Data:

1. Export the csv file from the Check Tool check
2. Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Data
3. In the first Search, select Competency
4. In the second Search, copy a competency external code (GUIDs) from the Check Tool file and paste in the search field. (NOTE: It is also possible the competency is already inactive. Select Yes under Include Inactive Records dropdown.)
5. Select Take Action > Make Correction
6. Edit the competency name by adding a dot at the end of the name
7. Save the changes
