3361064 - Error with Job Profile Builder enablement status (Check ID: JPBNotMigratedMandatoryPreCheck or JPBEnabledAndMigrationCheck) - Talent Intelligence Hub

• When running the checks for Center of Capabilities application in Admin Center > Check Tool, issue for the check "JPBEnabledAndMigrationCheck" can be found.
• When running the checks for Talent Intelligence Hub application in Admin Center > Check Tool, issue for the check "JPBNotMigratedMandatoryPreCheck" can be found.

• SAP SuccessFactors Center of Capabilities

This check validates the status of the migration and enablement of Job Profile Builder. JDM to JPB migration is not successful in your instance, although JPB is enabled and being used already.

As a customer, you do not have access to Provisioning. Please engage a Certified Partner to assist with this configuration. If you do not have a Certified Partner, you can look for one using SAP Professional Services / SAP Certified Partner / SAP Account Management Team [SuccessFactors Cloud].

Retry the migration process and ensure that the migration is successful. To fix this issue, it is necessary to run or re-run the JDM to JPB Migration job in:

1. Provisioning > Company Settings, under the option "JDM v2.0/Skills Management", click "Migrate";
2. Provide an admin user as Job Owner, and run the job;
3. Now, go to Provisioning > Monitor Jobs, to verify if job completed successfully, by searching for the job type "JDM Old to New Sync".
