Symptom
- Unable to login/access into Central Management Console (CMC) with any user after upgrade/installation;
- Error message in the Central Management Console (CMC): "Account information not recognized: Could not reach CMS 'gsc132bods1:6400'. Specify the correct host and port and check for network issues.";
- EIM APS Services Deployment Check;
- After SAP Data Services installation/upgrade error message: "EIM APS Services could not be deployed successfully. After the installation completes, please follow the instructions below to re-deploy the services:
1. In the Central Configuration Manager (CCM), stop the local Server Intelligence Agent (SIA).
2. Wait until CMS is completely shut down. Check the Windows Task Manager -> Processes tab to make sure CMS.exe is not running.
3. Open a command prompt, navigate to "E:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\Data Services\Utilities" directory and run the command "RunAddNode.bat". Enter your CMS password during installation.
4. After completion of step 3, start local SIA using CCM."; - Not able to login to Central Configuration Manager (CCM) after Data Services Installation;
- Error message in the Central Configuration Manager (CCM): "The procedure entry point ??4CRefCount@CXLib500@@QEAAAEAV01@AEBV01@@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library E:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win64_x64\cmccommon.dll";
- Svc.Mgr.exe - Entry Point Not Found.
- Error: "Could not reach CMS '<hostname>:<port number>'. The CMS on machine '<hostname>' was stopped due to a critical error. (FWM 20031)"
