3361089 - Token populates a strange salary amount in Offer Letter - Recruiting Management

A huge salary amount or a strange salary amount is populated by the token in Offer Letter template.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Create an offer letter via Take Action > Offer Letter
2. Insert the token to pull the salary amount
3. Preview the offer letter
4. The token generates a huge salary amount

The amount should be pre-fixed by a currency symbol, but it is pre-fixed by a numeric value, e.g., 12345, due to a wrong currency configuration.

Possible causes:

1. A wrong currency symbol is maintained in the currency data.
   
2. The standard field "currency" has no enum values (ISO currency codes) defined. The system fetches the currency symbol by the ISO currency code. Due to missing the enum value, the system generated a numeric value, and it is added as the currency symbol.

1. Please review the currency symbol in Manage Data > Currency.

Click Take Action > Make Correction to modify the symbol if it is wrong.

2. Please review the field "currency" in Job Requisition template and Offer Detail template.

It is necessary to add enum values (ISO currency codes) for the field id "currency".

If the field "currency" exists in both Job Requisition template and Offer Detail template, please make sure the same enum values are added.
