How to create visit plan for the account via data import and export?

Please follow the steps below to create the visit plans. 

1. Go to Administrator Work Centre 
2. Go to Data Import and Export View
3. Click Download Template 
4. Select "Visit Plans" with "Complete Entity"
5. Select "excel" or "csv"
6. Extract the download zip file 
7. Modify the files and compress them to the zip file 
8. Go to Data Import and Export View
9. Click on "Import" button 
10. Select entity "Visit Plan" and switch on "Complete entity" 
11. Select "Create" 
12. Select file type "excel" or "csv" which should be same as step 5
13. Drop the zip file 
14. Click "Import Data"
15. If the upload job finishes with green status "Completed", it means it's successful
16. If the upload job finishes with red status "Failed", please click the number link for the field Error to download the error file.

Tips:

1. Maintaining "external_key" is mandatory for import of the complete entity. It supports any number and any character. Also, it's used for link data in visit plans, availability and sales data. 
2. It's recommended to change the cell format into text.
3. In Visit_Plans file, field "Account_ID" supports the account UUID and field "Account_Display ID" support Account ID. 
4. In Availability file, for start time and end time, please use 24 hour time format like 08:00 by changing format to text in the excel. 
5. In Sales data file, field "Sales Organization_ID" supports the sales org UUID and field "Sales Organization_Display ID" support sales org ID. 
6. In Sales data file, field "Valid From Local Date" and "Valid To Local Date", they support date format like"2023-04-28" by changing format to text in the excel.
7. In Sales data file, for Visit Frequency YEARLY & MONTHLY & DAILY, visiting days cannot be maintained, so please leave them empty. For Visit Frequency WEEKLY, values for visiting days can be maintained as TRUE/FALSE as weekly frequency supports visiting days.
