3361328 - Enable Query Merge option is not available in optimized view mode of story in SAP Analytics Cloud

Symptom

In optimized SAC version cannot activate 'Enable Query Merge' in the query settings in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

Environment

SAP Analytics Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log into SAC.
  2. Create new story in optimized view mode.

Notice that Enable Query Merge option is not available.

Cause

This is a product limitation.

Resolution

This behavior is by design. Kindly submit an enhancement request as per the KBA - 2424376 - How do you create an enhancement request and provide feedback for SAP Analytics Cloud?
