Cannot add KUT field to Org Unit's header.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Org Structure Work center.
2. Open Org Units View.
3. Open any record and start adaptation
4. Noticed that you can't find "add" function from header section, and for this reason cannot add KUT fields. 

The BO Org Unit is not extensible, this is standard by system design. 

However, you can access our Influence Portal and suggest an improvement for it to be implemented in future releases.
