3361519 - "Show Previous Request" window is not showing complete information on Workflow Details page - Employee Central

When opening “Show Previous Request” on Workflow Details page, the window size is short and doesn’t show all information.

Even if the zoom is decreased, the window isn’t large enough to show all information.

1. Go to “View my pending requests”;
2. Click on any requests that has “Show Previous Request” button;
3. Click on “Show Previous Request” into Activity section;
4. "Show previous request” window will pop up and you will be able to see the reported behavior.

Engineering confirmed this issue will be addressed via WEF-125286 and fix version is 2311.

Temporary workaround:

1. Go to Company System and Logo Settings;
2. Disable "Enable horizon visual theme for SAP Fiori";
3. Save;
4. Try checking your "Show Previous Request" window again.
