Symptom

  • Typically, one can find the following alert in Dynatrace: Pod Frequent Restart P-xxx: Custom apache2-igc)
  • Multiple occurrences of logs with AH00526 Apache error code can be observed in CLS
  • Issue may also lead to unavailability (503 responses) of Commerce service endpoints, such as API, Storefront, Backoffice, Background Processing etc., in case all instances of Apache Proxy service are affected
